About UNSW ELSOC UNSW ELSOC was founded in 1954, and has over 1000 members and is one of the largest societies on campus. It was voted ARC’s People’s Choice Club of the Year in 2010 and 2014. The society is for students who do degrees in electrical engineering and telecommunications engineering.
