Altium Designer essential training is a class for up to 15 students delivered live across 24 hours of content time. ELSOC will be putting together a class to complete this training. We will be setting the schedule to be flexible to participants. Prior to the training sessions, there are several online training modules that must be completed (details to come)
This training comes with a certificate and is typically valued at $2000 AUD per participant, but is being offered through ELSOC for free to women in electrical engineering (primarily targeting those in 3rd and 4th year). This will be a phenomenal opportunity to learn PCB design from the world leader in PCB design software, as it is an essential task for many electrical engineering graduates.
Not too much prior knowledge is required, although a working knowledge of circuit analysis and electronics will be helpful. This training will be a significant time commitment, so please consider this before expressing your interest. Find out more details on the training program here:
